Consent to the Processing
of Personal Data
I hereby give my consent to JSC “MR Group” (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1067746302491, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7714637341), registered at: Premises XXXI, 2 bldg. 2, Novodmitrovskaya St., Moscow, 127015, Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), to process my personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, уточнение (updating, modification), retrieval, use, anonymization, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction, for the following purposes:
- providing access to the services, information and/or materials offered by the Company;
- processing my inquiries;
- communicating with me, including for the purpose of improving the quality of services, products and offerings, as well as creating personalized offers.
The personal data subject to this consent includes:
- full name (surname, first name, patronymic, where applicable);
- contact phone numbers;
- email addresses;
- information about user activities;
- any other data necessary to respond to my inquiries, provided by me (including upon additional request).
I authorize the Company to transfer my personal data to the Company’s affiliates, third parties, and external services for the achievement of the above purposes. I am informed that the current list of such persons and services is available on the Company’s official website in the Personal Data section (https://mr-group.ru/personal-data/partners).
I also hereby express my consent to the processing of my personal data by any means at the Company’s discretion, including automated processing.
This consent shall be valid from the date of its provision and for a period of 5 (five) years following its withdrawal, for the purposes of complying with statutory limitation periods and time limits for civil, administrative, and criminal liability.
I hereby confirm that I have reviewed the Company’s Personal Data Processing Policy (https://mr-group.ru/personal-data/) and have been informed about the procedure for withdrawing this consent by submitting a written request to the Company in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
